NZ House Check is a family owned home inspections company based in South Auckland serving the Auckland / Upper Waikato area.
My wife & I have owned a successful construction company for the last 25 years working on both residential & commercial projects all over Auckland. I am a qualified builder, an architectural draughtsman & a Licenced Building Designer. My understanding of how building methods & materials have withstood the test of time & what will work in the future is extensive. I have a thorough knowledge of the Building Code so can advise you on any consent or compliance issues you may be concerned about. I'll go to the Council at your request & check that all the necessary permits are in order & also offer you solutions & advice based on the findings.

All Property Inspections include full moisture testing. Weathertightness issues are the primary focus of our inspections. We also do same day Meth Testing & can offer advice if the property tests positive.
