I usually don’t leave reviews but I have been to this store multiple times and the experience has been average. But on Saturday I visited the store and the staff were so lovely. The lady was telling me that the store is under new management and I can definitely see the change. There were two staff working. One lady and one young girl. Amazing service from both! I was greeted with a friendly welcome as soon as I entered and throughout my shopping experience I was constantly checked on by both staff to ensure that I found everything I was looking for and when I didn’t then they would go above and beyond to help me. I visited the store in the last hour and left on the closing time and yet never felt rushed to leave. Thank you team for your patience and wonderful service!
Fantastic service. Quick and easy transaction. I had to exchange a damaged item and the ladies were very accommodating. Also happy to search up uniform for another school that they don’t stock, to see if the socks were the same as they sell.
Horrible experience! I went with my son, excited about his new school uniform, but the attitude and comments of the cashier made us leave sad. A lady of approximately 50 years old, black hair down to her neck. According to the invoice, Sales Person: CMG.nFirst, she didn't even greet us. I asked her if she could change a shirt that had a small flaw in it and she looked at me with a dirty look while making noise. Then she asked me my information, my language, and told me that people of my nationality need to speak louder. I don't understand what nationalities have to do with volume, but oh well. I also don't understand how people like that can work serving customers.nI started reading the store reviews before posting this, maybe I thought it was just my perception but I saw that several customers had the same experience with the cashier lady. I hope no one goes through the same thing because that person continues to serve customers after several rude episodes and I don't see that anything has changed in the place or that they have taken any consideration to improve it.nI do not recommend the store. If you can buy your uniform somewhere else, you will avoid the gratuitous mistreatment of the cashier.nWe hope we don't have to go back to this store again.
The staff in the store are very friendly and helpful. Carrie and Hanna assisted us, and trying on the school uniforms in person really helped us make the right decision.
Second time I have been here. The first time was average customer service but today it was shocking. A floor staff member took my order to be picked out the back. 20 minutes later we are still waiting and all the forms that went in after ours had already been picked. When I enquired at the counter about the possibility our form had been misplaced i got told very impatiently 'it's being picked' and then they turned their back on me. At this time they were just standing around behind the counter because the rush had ended. 5 minutes later one of the floor staff came up to us and inquired if she could help us she then went out the back found our form and said 'sorry we had misplaced it'. We then got our order in less than 5 minutes. No apology or even acknowledgement from any of the counter staff. If there was any other option to buy the uniform I would have left but they have you cornered because it is the only place to purchase the uniform from. Massive thumbs up to the young lady with initiative on the floor who I am guessing was temporary staff for the beginning of the school year rush you rock!
