I had a wonderful customer service from Claudia. She helped me to choose the right size for my son's uniform. Claudia was super friendly and helpful. She made my experience shopping at NZ uniforms Albany easy and enjoyable.
The customer service at this store, particularly from the cashier, is extremely disappointing. The level of rudeness is unacceptable. It seems like the shop, being the sole provider of school uniforms, is indifferent to improving customer service. Visiting the store comes with the expectation of minimal service, and unfortunately, it’s better to brace for disappointment rather than anticipate any positive experiences.
Buying your kids uniforms can feel bitter sweet due to the massive costs. It's the awesome staff here that make the experience so easy. They have their systems refined and know their stuff. Over the years we have found any issues typically are from the schools end not the uniform shop so it pays to go in, ask a few questions & get to know the process
So bad service they had so bad attitude especially from the cashier, they obviously had stock in the back but they was too lazy to check in the back and they rudely asked to go to a different store to buy. So basically I’m saying they were too lazy to go to the back to check and then they just said go to a different store. But then I asked again so they went back and they did have it in stock. And even last time I went here they were a little nicer but still rude.
Great store with very friendly staff, the lady at the till was very kind and help me with my child so I could get the payments done.
