Reni is awsome, quick and reliable, responded to my email even in the night, looked into the delayed courier because of too many parcels of nzpost and let me know in detail. I definitely buy again when I need.
The best customer service I have had in years, 2 phone calls from Reni. One on a public holiday just to check something with me and the second the next day after I placed a second order to let me know that the colours I ordered didn't match subtly different shades of gold so they said "leave it with us we will get the 3 items all in matching colours for you".... I ordered 3 ties on Easter Weekend - Expecting a delay but OK with it, They were quick to inform me about my order being processed and I received the ties - neatly and securely packed by noon less than 2 business days later in Auckland. Superb service. Ordered a tie from NZ TIES, the colour of the tie matched exactly as it was pictured on the site and their site was easy to navigate. The postage was so quick and everything was so affordable.
