Absolutely ridiculous. Poor service. They sent me the wrong items. I rang the helpline, which was of no help. Then I raised it with the customer service team via email, as advised, and it's still been a month with no response.
Staff was unhelpful at all. I needed to find a new pair of safety boots when he didn't even bother getting the size for the model I wanted. He wasn't interested at all in letting me try other models and left me when I still needed his assistance.nnI walked out and bought a pair from Bunnings.nnThanks Bunnings!
Very unprofessional management was given a quote for a product including gst, then when took to the counter he changes his mind and adds extra gst on top of price he included gst, so I the end up paying double the gst prices are too expensive!! Wouldn't recommend this store to buy from.
I was very happy with the service I received today, friendly and helpful staff without being pushy or overbearing. Helped me find exactly what I wanted. Great stuff guys!
Excellent customer service at 1B Cebal Place. Highly recommend the staff as they attentive to my needs and very helpful. Douglas Alexander branch staff are exactly the opposite. 1/10 there.
