What a horrible woman at the counter who clearly hates her job! Eyerolls and all. I've never seen anything like it to be honest and I see here I'm one of many who have had the same bad experience with her.nA tip for you.. find yourself a new job and something that might bring you some happiness :
My experience with Trentham Post Shop is excellent. I use them almost daily to add items to their outgoing mail. Always helpful with all my KiwiBank needs too. Cheers
This post shop has everything you need for postage and handling. The ladies here are always pleasant, and the store is clean and tidy. free parking outside.
Went to the store to send money to my cousin with western union as they are a agent the Indian lady at the counter proceeded to do the process on her laptop didn't wait but still continued with the payment process via EFTPOS only to tell me after the payment went through she couldn't sent the money as there is a limit of how many payments you can send in a month which I have only made one other so now my cousin doesn't get the money and I have to wait for a manager to put the money back to my bank so frustrating the last time I went in she said I couldnt send money because it was locked for 24hrs made me go back another day. Honestly if they should be trained a bit better to be honest
