Helpful staff, very efficient in getting my mail redirected! People might be a bit confused where it's actually located-- it's behind the bottle-o! Walk down either 6th or 7th Avenue and head to the car park and it'll be right there.
Can't deliver a over night parcel from Hamilton to Tauranga in 4 days even though tracking shows it is in Tauranga. Says they need another 3 days to deliver it and won't allow me to pic it up from depo. Literally the worst courier around. And no I don't have the wrong location I went in twice in person to try rectify the issue and got no help whatsoever
Disappointing service , very unhappy looking staff with very poor customer service , lack of interest to provide information and service to the paying customers, 10 minute NZ post parking filled with longer term parking, no one cares , what a poor state our country is in.
Went to pick up a parcel with my id and the paper with bar code. Old Sir serving me was super rude claiming he could not find it. Did not explain why. Then turned things around making me chase the tracking number from the origin when i had no clue who had sent it to just leave it there. After some research i found out which family member had sent it and got a tracking number. Only THEN the employee admited it was the postmans mistake that he did not associate the tracking number to my paper with bar code. But before, made sure to make me feel terrible.
I went there yesterday to pickup my parcel. I was acknowledged/greeted by the young lovely lady at the counter and also an older gentleman who made a small conversation with me about the item. I'm glad to have received such friendly service.
