Super quick and friendly. I had to pick up parcel that couldn't be delivered to my home address. There was no que when I arrived around 9.15 on a Friday morning. The employee was friendly and polite and located my parcel immediately. The whole process took less than 3 minutes.
I have had a P.O. box in the outlet for many years and have long found the staff in the location most helpful, friendly and efficientnThe relatively recent addition of the Post Shop hss certainly enhanced the mail services offerings, along with vehicle registration requirements.nGood off street parking, wellworth availing yourself of there services.
The NZPost courier service has fallen off a cliff. Left my parcel at the door at the wrong house, didn't get a signature and doesn't care. Told me to get the supplier in China to lodge a claim.nThey've done this with about 30% of my parcels in spite of my repeated requests to get it right.nPlease don't use NZ Post unless you actually want to lose your parcel.
I had a very disappointing experience at this NZ Post branch. I have visited this store many times before and this is the first time I’ve had a negative experience.nnThe young staff member who served me was rude from the very beginning for no apparent reason. Her attitude made me feel anxious and panicked, which was completely unnecessary.nnNot everyone who comes to NZ Post understands the system—that’s why staff are there to help. A little patience and kindness go a long way. We are all human beings, and being polite makes the interaction better for everyone. Rudeness, on the other hand, spoils a customer’s day and only makes the job harder.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously and staff are reminded of the importance of basic courtesy and customer service.
Helpful staff, very efficient in getting my mail redirected! People might be a bit confused where it's actually located-- it's behind the bottle-o! Walk down either 6th or 7th Avenue and head to the car park and it'll be right there.
