Terrible branch.nnShowed them my prepaid label then they charged me $4 to print a piece of paper and kept trying to convince me to buy more expensive packaging. I had to pay for multiple things before they told me he couldn’t help send my package and not give me a refund…….
Would not recommend this place! The old Indian man with glasses there has the worse customer service ever! Not willing to listen to your concerns or help their customers, so rude!! Cuts you off when you talk & doesn't want to help you. Will never go back because of him!!!
I have been coming here for years now. It’s my favourite lotto, stationary and post shop!
I’m very upset about their service. I’m sending parcel to AU international shipping, they letting me filling the wrong form over and over again. As well as told me wrong price with tracking and without tracking. So I have to keep filling the forms. The most unbelievable thing is It’s been over one hour spent in their post office. I haven’t been rude or anything they are the ones Started the argument and said I was wasting their time? They are very rude and I’m really angry! There are like three people in store having argument with me I’m only by myself. Please don’t come to this post office otherwise you will receive the same attitude I received!
