If shipping a parcel I’d recommend double checking the price of the size and then the price you are charged because I hadn’t realised til it was too late that one of the workers had overcharged me. And by the looks of another review I’d say it was intentional. Hopefully it was a mistake because I do like this post shop and would actually recommend, despite this.nnEdit response to owner:nnFirstly, I had paid and left before I noticed which I mentioned in my review above so how could I have asked for an explanation? Secondly I understand that NZ POST has a set price or else I wouldn’t have known that I was overcharged. I was charged the price of a bubble parcel not a regular one hence why I had assumed it was the worker. And thirdly I don’t think I have anything “wrong” seeing as someone else has made a review with the same issue.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I’ve only had positive experiences with this post office. When I first started my small business, I had no idea how to ship packages, and the staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process. Since then, I’ve always come here to ship my orders because they’re the most affordable and efficient option compared to the other post offices I've been to. The staff there are also always very kind and accommodating.
I needed something returned to sender and the man at the shop wrapped my item in his strong cardboard like a rectangular cylinder. He taped my item to the bottom of the cylinder, following through without me confirming I wanted it done. I heard from the sender that they're unable to refund me because the tape ripped my item and they can't resell it. I have no idea why the man confirm whether I wanted my item wrapped before he did...frustrating.nThe photo below is from the receiver. It is legit photo because the piece of paper in the background has the packing slip I wrote on.
