I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I’ve only had positive experiences with this post office. When I first started my small business, I had no idea how to ship packages, and the staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process. Since then, I’ve always come here to ship my orders because they’re the most affordable and efficient option compared to the other post offices I've been to. The staff there are also always very kind and accommodating.
Yelling at me for simple honest mismatch of labels due to new nzpost website , see other people got same experience not surprisednnResponse - is this your justification for yelling at customers very poor job justifying it cause justification don’t existnnIt’s not my first time sending parcelsnnNz post new website causing issue not our fault and don’t even mention underpaid get educated check the price of parcel i re measured and new labels exact same price again only issues was selected using post bag where i should have selected nonnno one gives you the right to yell at customer man in glasses just say we can’t do it i leave thats it simple & easy . Think about it did i yell at you or yelled back ? I just tolerated it not many people will.nnAnyways it is what it is not bothered to waste my time on this just leaving my review so others know what kind of customer support this shop provides .
