I always find the team there in the post shop friendly and helpful. They always ensure I get the best/rate costs when sending all sorts of parcels to different places including Australia and the UK treat people how you would like to be treated yourself. More than happy with the shoo and the team there.
This is a decent drive from my house but i go to this post shop because the staff are incredible. Service with a smile, help with options for posting parcel and so much more - worth the extra milage!!
Left a document satchel containing a British passport at the front door when we were home, without even ringing the doorbell.nAuthority to leave only means you have permission to leave when there is clearly no one home.nAnyone with half a brain would realise a DHL satchel sent from the UK with a document inside was clearly important enough to at least try the doorbell located 1 metre above where you left the satchel.nNZ couriers deserve less than one star, absolute dropkicks.
The staff here are absolutely misrible.nHave been in half a dozen time since moving down from up north. I was told Southerners were friendly. Not the case here.nNever a single smile. They act like they don't want to be there. On several occasions they have been standing talking and ignoring customers.nThey are rude and abrupt when they speak.nIf these ladies don't like their jobs I suggest they find new ones.nI will be using the central Invercargill post shop from now on.nTerrible.
One of the staff gave me a wrong information which results in a lost to my business! I asked if my parcel will get there within 3 days, Friday posted it on Wednesday and she said yes the 3 days are including the day you posted it. Which turned out that my parcel will not get there on Friday but Monday. She gave no indication that it would take longer than Friday and also confirmed me that it would definitely get there on Friday multiple times, therefore misleading me. VERY ANGRY!
