5/5 Rating! Went to the NZ Post inside Paperplus to get my Passport Photo and a nice lady who was serving me made sure that the angle is absolutely right! She was very lovely! Nice customer service!
I’m extremely disappointed with this service. Twice now, I’ve sent packages that never arrived, despite using different addresses and types of packages. Each time, I’ve encountered the same issue, and it’s incredibly frustrating. While I know the staff members are nice, the service itself is unreliable and does not work as it should. The lack of dependable delivery has caused significant inconvenience. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Twice my packages have gone to next door thankfully nice lady has dropped them of to me we have number on letterbox on property today I received 2 other parcels and they arrived at doorstep cant nz post people read
