I am a disabled person, i sleep in my lounge, courier knocked on lounge door, i got out of bed answered door to see courier driver getting in vehicle and took off down driveway, phoned NZ Post they would not redeliver, phoned company who was providing modem, they would do nothing either, so I canceled my account with telco company, and left the parcel with NZ Post to do with what ever they liked, i am hopeful that it costs them more to return it to telco, than it would have to redeliver.... i.e more time effort and paperwork. Poor show NZ Post, it seems to be quite the thing with you, little to no customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves rate -5
I visited the Anglesea NZ post and was very nervous to send my 8paintings because I’ve never sent something so large. The ladies there Donna and Nicki were so nice and happy to assist with wrapping the paintings to ensure safe transportation and put them neatly and with upmost care inside the box. Very lovely experience. Thank you ladies! Very grateful for your help today.
Nzpost Hamilton courier picked up my parcel 11 days ago, tracking has not been updated and parcel has not been delivered since the original scan. NZpost call centre logged a job but then got back to me and said they won’t help because it was booked through a 3rd party freight company.. NZpost literally picked up and scanned the parcel but refuse to help track or deliver it. The heck.
Very poor delivery services doesn't turn up on the given time and we have to wait whole day long for the delivery.My delivery time was between 10.15am to 1pm and I called nz post and they told me the delivery will be dont exactly in an hour but it was more then an hour.i wasted my whole dat waiting for the delivery as I had to do other things but just because of the delivery I was not able to do other things
Delivery driver damaged my possessions and vehicle, which I reported on the same day and sent photos of the damage.nNearly 4 months later they still won't get anyone to contact me to deal with it. A few emails and several phone calls, always get told someone will contact me back, never happens, just hitting a brick wall. Always get an 'understanding' person on the phone but no one ever understanding enough to just deal with the complaint.nLast 2 phone calls they put me on hold while they talk to their manager, then some time later just cut me off.nAbsolute. Worst. Service. Ever.
