Worst service ever, the drivers are too lazy to look at where my house is and has now made a common theme of seeing that the package comes to my house and not even attempting to deliver it and mark it as undeliverable. There are units out the back of my home that have letters attached to the number e.g. 17a, 17b etc but my home is purely just the number. I have complained before but not much came of it, I hammered numbers on my fence and put in the delivery instruction where to go, but apparently since I put the delivery instruction in before the package was put for delivery, the driver can’t see it. What the hell is the point of delivery instruction if the dimwitted driver can’t see them.nnThis “unable to deliver” bullshit has happend 4 times now and I am more than over it. Nothing else seems to get through to the customer service people either because all they do is blame you, so here is my harsh but true review, up yours NZpost.
This depot or i guess NZ post in general are absolute rip offs. Equally just as offensive is their attitudes. Every staff member i have spoken with at this depot are so rude and obnoxiously condescending. I usually send around 7 parcels a week for my small business, I'm now looking for alternatives!
Supposed to delivery 8 days ago, didn't bother to call, didn't leave a note. Just knocked door, no one answered, then left, never tried to do second delivery, never called, just like not their business. Was like, sorry, bad luck, you chose me.
I've received different prices for the same size boxes every time I've come to this branch. Just yesterday they tried to charge me $38.50 for a parcel size that has NEVER been more than $12.00 in the HUNDREDS of times I've sent the same size package.
Edit: staff make you wait in long lines to collect packages from deliveries their couriers refuse to complete. I don't have time for this. Staff are useless and rude.nnStaff are slow. Waiting in line over ten minutes just to send a package. Couriers don't attempt delivery and when you call them they disrespect you then hang up.
