Both guys working here on 13th January weren't very efficient. I bought 4 post bags and added tracking to them ,I wasn't given a receipt.nI then dropped off 2 of the post bags, and was asked by the other guy who was present when I was purchasing the bags ,if I had paid for them ,when he could clearly see the tracking sticker on my post bags. I was surprised but answered yes and left ,but until now my post bags haven't been scanned into the system.nI suspect he might have thrown away or misplaced my post bags for no real reason.nWorst ,disrespectful and shoddy customer service.
Was easy for me to send a package from here and great that they're open so late!
Super friendly and helpful.
