Have been doing a lot of touring and struggled to get enough slow time to find a post office to send all our postcards back to Canada. This option showed up as the best for our stay near Papamoa beach. Located inside a pharmacy, staff were great and there were a lot of shipping supplies available so they are well equipped to assist. The postcards are finally on their way to the grandkids!
I experienced the worst customer service when calling about my PO Box. After 45 minutes on hold, a useless call centre operator transferred me to the wrong department enough though i called the PO BOX department their phone service navigates you to. A complete waste of time.nnI expect an apology and for the operator to be held accountable. I will be following up formally if this isn’t addressed.
Does not do RUC or rego...... its barely half of the supposed service
First time coming here today. Such helpful staff, definitely gonna go here every time I need to send something overseas. Thank you!
