Very smooth and clean experience. I landed in Auckland late, and took an Uber to pick up the car the next day. I had the car for about a month and all went well with it. I opted for unlimited mile package because my wife and I did inter-island travel. Drop off back near Auckland was just as smooth as pick up. Was great to get a reliable car during high rental season. Definitely recommend.
I arrived from South Africa, phoned Trevor at the airport and he and his team assisted me on the same day with long term car rental. I phoned Trevor a couple of times for general advice.
