I’m a bit puzzled about how this place gets such a high rating! We ordered kebabs that were a bit dry, tasted a bit bland and the bread was pretty bland. The pizza was supposed to be a margarita pizza, it was soft and my son said supermarket pizzas are better. The piripiri burger was just average. We also ordered fries, but they weren’t there when we got home.
Even though there was only one staff member working, the service was very fast, efficient, and well-organised. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.nThe food was delicious and well-prepared, and most importantly, it is halal, which is a huge plus for Muslim travellers. We truly appreciate the effort and dedication shown here.nHighly recommended, especially if you value great service, tasty food, and halal options. Thank you for the wonderful experience
Cozy ambiance. The food was delicious. I ordered Turkish salami pizza and mix meat rice dish chicken & lamb, with lot of sause choices. I truly recommended this restaurant. Do come and eat here whenever you are in Rotorua :-

nWe had a wonderful experience at NZ Kebab & Pizza House in Rotorua. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We asked for a specific food combination that wasn’t listed on the menu, and even though all the items were already available, they happily mixed and matched everything for us without any hesitation.nThe service was amazing, the place was clean and tidy, and the food was absolutely delicious. You can really tell they care about their customers. We genuinely felt welcomed, which made the experience even better.nAnd a special mention for their pizza — it was so delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rotorua.
