Water transfer printing OR Hydrographics
Hydrographics is also known as immersion printing, water transfer printing, and water transfer imaging. It is a method of applying printed designs to three-dimensional objects. The hydrographic process can be used on metal, plastic, glass, hard woods, and various other materials.
In other words if it can get wet then we can dip it.
There is a huge range of different designs and colours that can be applied to any paintable surface. The benefits of this process are a cleaner, sharper imagery. It has a consistent quality and definition that is impossible to acheive with airbrushing alone. The end result has no midlines, runs or bubbles. With the ability to coat complex threedimensional objects, the possibilities are endless.
