Since its inception in 1996 New Zealand Home Loans has grown to become one of New Zealand’s top home loan providers with over $5.2 billion lent out to over 19,000 New Zealand families with over 78 offices nationwide.

In 2012 New Zealand Home Loans’ growth was recognised by the prestigious Deloitte Fast 50 award for Fastest Growing Mature Business (Central North Island) and then, in 2013, winning for a second year in a row - the first time in the awards history this has happened. On top of this award New Zealand Home Loans also received from Deloittes the 2013 Fastest Growing Services Business Award for the Central North Island. The company continued its success in 2013 taking out the trifecta at the Waikato Business Excellence Awards, taking home the Supreme Award for Business of the Year, the Topkins Wake Award (for businesses with 15-49 FTE's) and the Waikato Management School Leader of the Year Award for CEO Mark Collins. In 2014 the Leader of the Year Award went to our Chairman Neil Richardson.
