Took one $300 winter coat and 3 silk tops for dry clean. They completely ruined a PU strapping detail on my coat on the dry cleaning process and blamed me, that I took it worn out like that which it isn’t true. Horrible service in the manner they dealt with it, never again for me.
Friendly service but they button up suit jackets so that they come back with a horrid crease down the front. Also failed to get rid of smells and wore out a few items. Avoid.
