But like many cute stores around, we do have to abide to some house rules to achieve a fair and safe trading environment here in NZC page.

REFUNDS

For hygiene purposes, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for any of our jewellery products. This includes earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.

We are able to provide a refund for any handmade products within 30 days from the day of purchase, granted that a proof of purchase is provided.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available worldwide except for the Album exclusive in Philippines.

Shipping within NZ is at a flat rate of $8.00. If you spend more than $50 on our items, shipping will be free.

Was here earlier today around closing time attendant was really rude and passive aggressive. 10 seconds after We walked in the door , we would have been very quick but while I was looking at the pop dolls and my partner was looking at the new track pants to purchase , she told us the store was closing , I then said do we have to leave can we not purchase ? , she then said yes you have to go and no we could not purchase even though we both had the items we wanted to purchase she kept pushing and repeating for us to leave keep in mind this all happened in minutes of us being in the store and eventually let us purchase the doll but wouldn't assist with the track pant sizes. Instead of making a sale she just wanted us out of the store. We were not in there long at all and we were not messing around either I would not put her on closing as she seems to not like it. Other than that every time I've been here attendants have been very helpful and kind. Just not this one.
The stall was packed with eager and excited customers. All pointing and asking to see various items. The staff were very patient, helpful, and quick with their service.
Terrible service. 4 workers all gossiping in front of me, while they fumbled the packing of a product off the shelf, even though I asked for a new box...
Visited this location to purchase posters and I left with more than just posters. They have a large range of Merchandise, and great pricing. The person who served us was obviously aware of the franchises merch and characters etc. which made communication seemless. Highly recommended.
Girl behind the counter today was super nice and even showed my friend and I the display faux weapons from behind the counter after hearing us nervously talking about how cool it would be to have them. Didn't end up buying them, but did purchase other items. Neat selection of anime and other pop culture merch, so I definitely recommend it to those who like anime and pop culture. Inclusive sizes for clothing as well.
First time going there today, the lady was cool and super nice. The stuff in there are a lot cheaper than I thought, well.. that's what I think anyway lol. Y'all should go and take a browse! I'll definitely go back some other day.
Absolutely love this place! Made a purchase online and due to lockdown restrictions I didn't know there was a physical store in Sylvia Park! Needless to say, was like a child in a candy store. Online stafd were amazingly quick and offered replacements for any high demand/out of stock items. And the lovely lady who took care of me today was amazing! Welcoming, friendly and explained to my partner that the pokeballs sadly can't be used to catch actual humans. 10000/10

Bought OnePiece, Zoro sword. Great price. Will be going back to buy more. reason I gave only 4stars is I was buying online, and they have the same sword but at differing quality and prices. But the pictures all look almost identical, and it's hard to see why one costs $69 and the other $160 Had to go store to see difference.
The security guy with the blondish brownish curls was super nice and helpful and made me feel super comfortable to be there at the store I think his name was Aaron. He's also so hot his wife is lucky
