Amazing building, with designated car park at the front of the building for donors. The inside of the building looks very new, it has very comfortable sofas with a nice view. Super friendly staff, extraction complete I. Less than 10 minutes.

Easy car parking, friendly staff. Even when the blood donation wasn’t going to plan, I felt fully informed and cared for. They are so appreciative of everyone who donates blood. The volunteer who serves the refreshments is soooo lovely and I never feel guilty about eating 3+ Tim Tams in a sitting

Great facility, comfortable and with good refreshments. The nurses who saw me were competent. Not the most friendly staff I’ve seen, but they were nice enough. Important to mention that I had booked an appointment in advance, I got here 15 minutes earlier, and still only seated to donate 40 minutes after my appointment time, so a bit of a long wait. But we don’t do it for them, we do it for those who need it, so it’s always worth the wait. :

This counts as the most disingenuous and unfair experience of my lifetime. After I donated plasma just to be of help to other humans, little did I know that my body has a reaction to it. The reaction being either a citrate reaction or a generic plasma deficiency reaction, that let me to near faint at multiple occasions, attacks and distress which let me to go to emergency section of the hospital which cost me over $1000. After I discussed this with NZ Blood, they didn't want to take any responsibility to my absolute shock. I would have not ever thought NZ Blood would do such a thing. Not only I will never participate in any blood donations through them ever again, I will keep spreading this experience to let people know how would NZ Blood will deal with you in time of emergency or problem. Absolutely Shameful.

The best blood donation center in New Zealand!!! Awesome staff with excellent service... I was quite curious when I went to this place to donate plasma for the first time. Wendy and Sue took care of me and explained the procedures in detail. I will decided to donate plasma fortnightly hereafter.

Every visit is a great experience. The team are always friendly and helpful as well as being great at what they do. Top class professionalism.

Modern facilities. Everyone is always friendly. Seats are comfortable while donating and post donation. There a good coffee machine and yummy snacks and juices. Today we even received fresh scones!

Always a pleasure to donate here. The new facilities are so nice, and the staff - from reception to nurses to volunteers - are always fantastic. For those complaining about new staff, please remember we were all newbies once. Also, if a new nurse seems a bit clunky or awkward or doesn’t meet your “customer service expectations”, just remember the fact that a newer nurse is seeing you probably means you have great veins. They are doing their best, and a little kindness goes a very long way. Thank you Epsom team :

Nice, warm and comfortable here plus my 2nd time only. The whole place is well litten up. Watching big screen TVs. Got soft toys given as a ty...the red is for giving Blood donation and the gold is for giving Plasma only. Lots to talk about. 5 for all the health workers.

The staff is very friendly however the food isn't that great I spent there two hours, and could not eat anything there is no dairy free option and the only food they have are cookies, would be nice at least to have food however at this time they just offer water and juice it is kind of disappointing and demotivating.
