If you're heading back to Christchurch and don't want to stop in Ashburton . This is a great fuel stop .nMy only issue with self service NPD stations is that it would great if they provided bathrooms.nnLuckily , just round the corner from the servo there are some nice toilets .nnJust be aware that getting back on to the State Highway ,may take some time at peak traffic .

Their food court is the reason why I'm fat and happy to be far. They make all other food courts look like after school specials. I highly recommend their chicken and chips, waffle fries, and their amazing ice creams. Their hot food really sets them apart from the other servos. They even make a decent chicky burger . Coffee is also pretty good too. The morning team I see are angels in Refresh aprons.
Really bad, I would give a 0 star If I could, me and my family went there and paid 76 dollars for fuel. Then later when we went home found out that 500 dollars were taken out of our account. Never going there again. Friends of ours also had the same issue at that place and NPD's Call system never works so they're basically scamming you. NEVER EVER GO THERE!
