Best experience in a petrol station we've had for years with the happiest and most helpful young lady we've ever encountered in a petrol station.
Foodservice from the lady on shift,first time I've had my tank filled by anyone in Aussie or New Zealand for 20 years at least
Thanks big time to the wonderful girls who took care of two bemused Australian newbie travelers & kindly educated us concerning Self Serve Card -upfront procedures. That was on 28 April '22 .Your empathy, & positive attitude was soooo welcome. Nothing too much trouble, unlike the indifferent bunch over the road! We headed out happy & relaxed. So Kudos to you both.
Went to fill up on our way to Christchurch tonight at NPD Milton. Debra came out to attend to us. I don’t usually leave reviews but she was incredibly attentive, friendly, helpful & professional. I have visited here with the folks several times but not gone into the shop. Always found the lady nice on the forecourt. They have the 'gold' card option.
Best service in decades, not only was there a forecourt attendant, he offered to fill our vehicle and made our visit super easy, and even surprised us with a fuel discount. Impressive!

The Manager is the most rudest lady I've ever been served from in my life. Also stood there with a tissue picking her nose which was totally disgusting but my biggest put off was the way she spoke to one of her staff members. Absolutely disgusted and will never return again!
20c discount on fuel so I had to stop! But then I noticed that the base price was 7c more expensive than everywhere else! Great service, great price 5 stars minus 2 for dishonest sales tactics. Seemed unnecessary, I would have stopped for 13c off, I just appreciate transparency
