The staff including the cashier lady and the guy were VERY RUDE. The lady ignored us and didn’t offer any help, as we countered some problems in using the paying machine. The guy even threatened that he will call the police to arrest us, but we were filling the oil and asking for his help calmly at that time. We showed him the credit card and did not intend to leave the station, but he repeated again that he will call the police.nSTRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO COME!!!nAnd the oil price is very high!!!
My friend and I came to the repair shop the day after we had a pretty bad car accident, which left our car in a damaged state. On top of that, our battery died. The mechanic was absolutely rude when we came in, ignoring us, and when we asked for help he just barked the price, for starting the car, at us. Uncomfortably we left and fixed the issue ourselves, but still we wanted somebody with real knowledge to check the car, so we came back.... Worst mistake, he closed the door right in our face and didn't give a single little care. As two young girls, we can't but feel patronised by this man. If you have trouble with your vehicle please do not go to this shop for help!!!

Walked in just before closing time. Our camper van had a punctured tire. The friendly owner helped us right away. 15 minutes later we were driving again. Amazing service and a more then reasonable price.
Our van broke down on our way to Wanaka. Clarke towed us back to Fox Glacier and helped us with the issue. Unfortunately it was not fixable so towed us up north to a more convenient location for the van and ourselves for our onward journey. He was very knowledgable and helpful.nDespite what other reviews have said we found Clarke very helpful, to the point and had a good sense of humour.
