Well my new truck will never be the same.nNew screen that I had to source for them.Chinese truck.nThen the fitting. Glue oozing inside. Glue on paint outside.nWindscreen mounted to left and low so rubber has flipped out and look bad now.nInstaller quite offensive.nReceptionist poor English.nFMG going to make it correct next week.nLast to add people coming in constantly shouting about faults while you wait.nBe warned.nIf your proud of your stuff stay clear.
A++ 10/10 From me, made my way down to Tauranga for the OneLove Festival, a rock hit my windscreen and made a big chip. Did go to smith & smith first and told them I wasn’t a local, he just brushed me off and said it’s a 4-5 day wait he didn’t care. I went to NOVUS GLASS and they fixed it in 5-10 minutes! Was truly grateful for the outcome. Cheap fast and better service! Highly recommend NOVUS GLASS TAURANGA. Thanks again!
Had a windscreen replacement on my ute at my house today. Two absolutely awesome Technician's who were both friendly and professional did a perfect job!nCouldn't be more happy with the end result and with Novis as my preferred choice!
Premium service left my car there and they replaced my windshield hassle free. They even put new double sided sticky tape on my dash cameras just the little things makes thier service better than others!
Terrible job - used wrong trim, scratched wipers, lost clips, left glue on paintwork - terrible service, terrible communication - with us & between their staff. Will not use again.
