I had two stone chips in my windscreen and took my vehicle to Novus in Taupo because I've had great service from them in the past. Today's visit was even better than I expected. I was told to come back in an hour. The moment I got back, my car was taken into the workshop and half an hour later, I was on the road. The chips were almost invisible and the friendly service won't be forgotten.
After waiting for almost 2 months cancelled my appointment in that same day by a phone call at 7am!! After very unpleasant conversation got rebooked in couple days but only to find out then that they ordered wrong windscreen, even though they physically inspected the car before ordering.nNo accountability of their actions, no apology or alternative options offered.nWhat a joke of a company!nAvoid at all times!
Kathy and Peter you two were dam amazing I thought I was there just to hang out not actually get my window chip done great service and staff I would highly recommend.
Horrible experience with Novus Glass Taupō.nnI had an appointment booked for 10:00am, but after waiting 30 minutes , I decided to leave. There was no respect for my time as a customer.nnVery disappointing service — I would recommend going elsewhere if you value punctuality and basic customer service.
Quality service and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend, thank you team.
