Brought the car in through insurance, they then call and tell me they do not have replacement in stock, which they should have checked carefully before asking me to bring the car in. They then give me no status update until I call in a week later. After my call, they check with their provider and then book my car 4 days later. Again, I bring the car in, and they then call me saying that the replacement has not arrived, which they should have called me earlier so I am not wasting my time and job driving back and forth. They asked me they can do next business day, I left the car there and wait during the weekend. Nearly end of the next Monday they call me saying they broke the replacement and if reorder it again from Japan, it will take 12-16 weeks. So frustrated and disappointed. From 8Jan to 22Jan and wasting lots of my time but the problem was not solved. Not recommend.nnUpdated: they finally put in a broken glass that even worse than my original one, broken to the driver face, and asked me to drive home with that broken glass. How can they fit in a glass like this and have their client drive home? So ridiculous and unbelievable.

Awesome friendly customer service, Vanessa, and workmanship, Amin. I was able to relaxed back in their waiting area while they replaced the front windscreen watching my tablet and have a coffee for a few hours while the work was done and waiting for the adhesive to bond. Very accommodating and welcoming. Awesome team

Great service from Kelly in the office, you can tell she knows her stuff. Got the phone call only minutes after lodging the claim with my insurer, she explained the whole process, the replacement, the recalibration of my ADAS sensors and the aftercare. Exceeded my expectations. Cannot fault her service and knowledge. A real asset to the team. Perfect work completed on my vehicle by their senior technician, can not fault it. Thank you Kelly and your tech, I will be back if ever required again.
