We transferred from a different orthodontist because we weren't impressed with the service. It was a good decision. Dr Zaid Kanani is honest and great at explaining.  He makes sure we are comfortable with everything, and is always a pleasure. My son gets his braces put on next month and I have complete faith in all going well.

I can't afford not to write a review on this dental clinic.  Dr. Ibi is a super gentle dentist/dental surgeon, she definitely made my experience a very pleasant one. My pain threshold is really low but she made sure that my treatment went pain-free.  During the whole process she constantly asks how you're feeling, and explains everything well to you.  I highly recommend them, definitely a go-to dental clinic. And if I may add,  their clinic's ambiance is a pleasant one, airy and bright. I believe it adds to making the patient feel comfortable.  I'm one happy patient here :

Nova Dental Papakura Amazing Dentist!! Went in for a root canal. They had a last minute cancellation and I managed to get in, the first day I called, on a Sunday. The root canal went so smooth. I had zero pain afterwards...to the point I was eating a couple of hours later, as if nothing had happened. Follow up 2 weeks later went smooth also.  The whole team were So friendly, So professional!!!  I will be coming here for all future treatments!!  Thank you so much for taking care me!

My daughter has been visiting Nova Dental Care since she was about 7. She is now 11 and will soon have her braces removed. Over the years the team have been absolutely fantastic. They are always smiling and are very helpful. We never have to wait long for our appointments and my daughter is always put at ease and we are always listened to. Zaid makes sure we understand everything and is so genuinely nice. Highly recommended.

Dr Zaid Kanani has been amazing and I recommend to everyone.  He is kind, honest and reliable. Won't just suggest the most expensive option, but will give you all the options and advise based on his professional knowledge and what will help the patient. Always pleasant, staff always greet with a smile and try to make the appointments etc to suit us. Have been a client regular with my son for about 8 years.

Dr Zaid fixed my teeth after I transferred from a dentist who did a bad job with my braces. he is extremely professional and kind. the team always follows up with their customers and ring you a day before your appointment, friendly and professional. I advised my friend to get their braces done with them and they are going next week. I don't know why nadia the person bellow gave a bad review when she her self mentioned they were fully booked? sorry I hate bad reviews with no sense or fairness. your fault not theirs that you came on a busy day out of the blue expecting them to cancel other appointments for you!

New opening hours are great. Analyce was very helpful and booked me in at short notice with Dr Zaid. Very gentle, I'm so happy I've sorted that filling that fell out.
