I ordered a pick up of a 3cubic meter blk bag via Allie At Whangarei Northland waist, I asked if a new bag could be bought out with truck when they came to pick up the bag. I was told by the staff member that there would be a delivery fee even though the truck was coming to our premises. I thought that very un customer friendly…… no extra cost to NWaiste to bring a bag with them…..I paid for bag and asked for delivery of bag the day after pick up of my full bag to see if the staff could see how stupid their policy was, and to my amazement, the staff member booked a pick up, and then booked a delivery the next day, which would cost Northland Waist time in vehicle costs , man hours and loss of efficiency…..very disappointing that staff can’t run the collection and drop off efficiently….shocking waist of resources
Firstly I’d like to state that the drivers themselves are top notch and do a good job, the administration staff need to pull their heads in absolutely poor customer service some polite behaviour and reassurance would be nice if you hate your job don’t do it simple, states about only having 1 truck to service the whangarei area for large company that’s for a lot of clients that’s quite frankly pathetic, just remember there’s always other rubbish bin companies out there.
To Northland Waste Limited t/a EconowastenI’ve been with Econowaste in Orewa for years, and the service has always been excellent. Even as council bins were introduced, I was happy to stay on as an extra service.nnRecently, when I tried to make a change, their website kept throwing an error missed flag in DB?, so I rang to resolve it. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was incredibly poor — to the point where it felt rude — and I’ve since cancelled my service.nnWhat a shame.
When a removal of green waste from a property costs $75.00 and the disposal of same recyclable green waste costs $78.00 there is something wrong!! And people wonder why rubbish gets dumped off the sides of roads!!!
Ordered a green bin and payed in full to be delivered on Monday 26th may, didn’t hear anything and rang up on Wednesday the 4th and they just forgot about it and promised it would be delivered on the next dayThursday just in time for rubbish day on Friday. Friday comes around and guess what’s not delivered yet…. The bin, so rang them up again and they don’t know what happened so they finally delivered lunchtime Friday and I don’t know what they were thinking or if they were thinking but it had no lid???? They delivered a bin without a lid. Now I have a weeks worth of rubbish that I will have to pay to get taken away and a weeks worth of diapers that is going to sit there smelling for a week.
