Absolutely awesome these guys set us up with a cable that links 2 houses on our one internet subscription houses are on the same title told us our internet was good enough just needed the cable and modem so didnt upsell us unnecessarily. We had an issue with the modem after a year same day repair and then being the technophobes we are the connection dropped and the call back service called us back and repaired remotely. No long hold times! Absolutely amazing service and would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!
Spoke to Josh with a couple of computer problems. We are travelling from Australia. Was one of the nicest most helpful people i have spoken to and went out of his way at short notice to make sure all our problems were fixed. Cannott recomment Josh and Northland Technology highly enough.

Northland Technology took on a security system job that two other companies had given up on and put in the too hard basket. Josh and Dylan were able to diagnose the problem quickly and have our security system back up and running in no time. I Highly recommend Josh and his team for any IT problems.
Northland Technology provided a service to me that was unmatched. Not only did they travel to my premises but they did so within one hour of my phone call for help. They gave great advice, did a preliminary inspection and charged a very affordable fee. Thank you heaps Josh. Next time I have any issues with my computer I know what business I will contact with knowledge and confidence that I will receive a professional service.
We had a big problem with our computer and 2 people spent 4 hours trying to fix the problem with no success. We then contacted Northland Technology. They came to our office that afternoon and took the computer away to fix it overnight. They returned it the following morning with our emails restored. Phew! They also offered to help us find a long term solution by migrating our mail to the cloud and we will take them up on that offer. Their prompt, efficient service was very appreciated! Highly recommended.
