Called Mark and asked if he could diagnose a problem with our gas fridge not relighting easily and with our TV. He not only allowed us to call in within an hour and a half of phoning but explained the gas fridge problem was not actually a problem and checked the installation was as it should be. Also, the TV problem was diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. Brilliant, friendly and expert service from Mark. Thank you. We highly recommend your business.
Excellent, friendly service and great advice. Mark and Corinne were brilliant and sorted our battery and parking dilemma with a minimum of fuss when it could have been very difficult. Contacted Mark with TV issues, he gave us a time to come over in 2 hours. He diagnosed the issue and we were sorted within an hour. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
We arrived early for our appointment but Mark went to work and got our issue solved quickly and had us back on the road in no time!
Contacted Northland RV to conduct a moisture test prior to purchasing a camper recently and the level of service we received was unbelievably excellent. After finding out that we were located in the South Island, these guys went above and beyond what was asked of them. They thoroughly inspected the interior & exterior of the vehicle & due to their extensive knowledge on campers, caravans etc we felt more comfortable purchasing a vehicle unseen. Upon picking up the camper we stopped in to thank them for everything they did and they provided us with tips on areas to stay. We can't say enough about these guys, but I would highly recommend Northland RV!
