Great place! Highly recommend Really nice inside, lots of tables and different areas inside and outside. Perfect for just couples, or families, groups. Would be a great place for a function. Great atmosphere and bubbling. The TVs are great for the sports fans. Once you are inside you forget the street and shops below are there. Food is very good. Only 2 comments are that I think the waiter's/waitresses should pop by tables and ask if you want more drinks and/or food but maybe it is the policy to not do so and you have to go to the bar and order. Other comment is bathroom related, don't like the communal toilets! Why can't they have a few just for women and others for men. Every time I've been to the toilet a guy has just come out and there is p.....everywhere
Went for lunch on a Friday. Located in Silverdale, and this is probably the best gastro pub one can find on the coast.nnHad a hazy panel ale and another Jameson with coffee liquor and cream was really a good one.nThe lamb shank in Mains was awesome - soft , succulent and slow cooked.nThe meat on the pork rack was very soft and tasty could have put a bit more sauce on it though . Comes with coleslaw and a bucket of fries !!nnGood big portions, and justifies the cost.nWill definitely visit again, and highly recommended!
Went with some friends as stand-ins for their normal trivia team, and gotta say it was one of the most fun lub experiences I've ever had!nFood was amazing and very quick, very happy with the serving size too.nDrinks were also delightful and HUGE, well worth the cost.nAtmosphere was great, a bit loud but that's to be expected during a trivia night!nThe service was absolutely stunning - the team are very attentive and kind, and we're the cherries on top for my whole night!nIf you want good food and good vibes, would reccomend going here. :
Nice atmosphere but some of the food needs work. A lot of work. I do realise the pizzas are good though.nnIts an open kitchen so you can see everything. The chef was eating with one hand and preparing food with another. The Nachos were absolutely terrible. Food was alright. Went through to get aomenLunch with the family but the service was not that great looks like they were in too rush when it wasn't even busy. Staff Service needs work need to know how to take orders properly n have smile please.
