NWYC is a youth cricket club comprised of players predominantly from Burnside High School and Papanui High School, with the aim being to give those students the best cricketing opportunities possible. We also have players from Lincoln High School, Riccarton High School, as well as some from Country. For a club in only its 6th season of operation we have enjoyed much success, with teams often winning their grades.
We are supported by the Merivale Papanui and Burnside West University Cricket Clubs who provide a pathway into Adult cricket when our player leave school, access to grounds and club management.
