North West medical center is absolutely fantastic. The receptionists are amazing and the service of quality is beyond amazing. I've had some severe lacerations and they have dealt with them exceptionally. Thank you all. Kind regards.
Felt like I was not taken seriously, pregnant with very sore throat and the doctor just gave me multiple options and said what do you want to do? Im here so you can tell me what I should do, $150 for an appointment just to get sent to a pharmacy to get some tests done… so not helpful..
I am a scatty person, I have adhd and boy are the symptoms of it heightened! The anxiety, depression and migraines and the moods!nBut doctors have over and over been prescribing antidepressants and nerve pain meds but when Natasha has changed my damn life!!!! She is the ONLY doctor who sees that im struggling with all these symptoms and reducing medication is becoming a lot easier because my hormones are not in deficiency! She got me on the patch and the progesterone and my oh my has my life CHANGED!!!!! So thank you all the doctors and the team! For never giving up it giving me the eye roll when I walk in.nI feel pretty good.. baby steps but we will get there! Thank you!nnI have never felt gaslight by doctors at NWMC but specialists, surgeons, psychologists, nurse practitioners on occasions here in NZ always happening!nnThanks thanks thanks! X
Do NOT go to this medical centre. Avoid enrolling or seeking care here at all costs. In my experience, the majority of doctors show little concern for patient wellbeing, focusing instead on rushing appointments and prioritising revenue over quality care. On multiple occasions, I have felt dismissed, disrespected, and unheard.nnThere is a noticeable lack of respect towards female patients, and I have personally experienced behaviour that I would describe as sexist. Concerns are often brushed aside, and symptoms minimised, which can lead to dangerous misdiagnoses.nnI have also been prescribed incorrect medications more than once, which raises serious concerns about clinical competency. Friends and family members have had similar negative experiences, and it is alarming that this pattern continues without accountability.nnI urge the relevant health authorities to investigate the practices at this centre. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and provided with safe, competent medical care.
Northwest Medical Centre Hobsonville Rd is absolutely brilliant. From the receptionist to Nurse Celia, Dr Peter and xray. Faultless in their care, compassion and kindness. This is my second visit in the past 6 months and I cannot thank them enough for their help. This morning they were exceptional. Thank you all so very much.
