Northwest Medical Centre Hobsonville Rd is absolutely brilliant. From the receptionist to Nurse Celia, Dr Peter and xray. Faultless in their care, compassion and kindness. This is my second visit in the past 6 months and I cannot thank them enough for their help. This morning they were exceptional. Thank you all so very much.
Took my son to the A&E for a head wound and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Dr Naicker was excellent and his calm demeanor helped my son through the injection and stitches. Know these health workers get a lot of grief so a moment to tank them for all they do
Can not speak highly enough of the staff and service. Went in on Sunday afternoon after hurting my wrist- was seen by a nurse within 10 minutes - a doctor with the following 10 - then straight off for an Xray - back to the Doc and then to nurses to be put into a cast. Super efficient and super friendly!! Have just signed up for their GP services as new to the area.
Wouldn't recommend taking young kids here for illness. Took our daughter on a weekend and the Dr completely disregarded my concerns for my daughter. Another friend had a similar experience. I was hoping the experience was going to be more positive, the reception and the nurses were great but the Dr is not.
I have brought my mountain biking son here many times over the last year and today it was my turn. They are absolutely lovely and personable. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are consistently kind and caring. Always happy to chat even when busy.
