Dr Natasha is amazing, professional and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. We have 2 young girls and they are both seen by her as well. She’s lovely. The medical centre also has very friendly and nice receptionists and nurses.
As much as I really appreciate the staff, the wonderful nurses who helped me fir several days but I have to leave this message for the management to know, Dr. Mike He, shows a complete lack of respect for patients and for his colleagues. He even went so far as to accuse another doctor who had treated me previously of lying, which was both unprofessional and shocking. His arrogance was truly unbearable and made me really uncomfortable.nnAdditionally, the staff left the computer unattended in the room, exposing patients’ personal information, including dates of birth, addresses, and diagnoses—a serious breach of privacy.nnI wouldn't feel comfortable going back to this clinic knowing my data can be easily exposed to the public to see.nI went there for few days and in different rooms and this happened at all times in every single room.
We visited this doctor for my 8-year-old son and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The doctor appeared unsure and inconsistent in his explanations, which left me feeling uneasy and without confidence in the advice given.nnThe consultation felt rushed, with little empathy shown toward my child or my concerns as a parent. We were also told we would need to pay a significant amount, despite the visit being covered by ACC.nnTo make matters worse, medication that was discussed was not added to the prescription, causing further inconvenience. Overall, this was a stressful experience and not the level of care I would expect, particularly for a child.
They don’t seem to have a basic sense of prioritising patients. I went there with my one-year-old baby, but they allowed other patients to see the doctor first, and I had to wait for more than one and a half hours.
Had a bit of a footy injury on Boxing day, sprained knee ligaments, X-rays and all... LoL crutches, knee splint etc...Staff were great.. Very attentive even though it was proper chokka. Thanks team for your efforts
