Rude and Nasty service at the window.nI wanted to get rid of some recycling, the website claims they recycle on site. I show up and the guy at the window asked me what I had and I said recycling. He was very nasty, said no one recycles, they don't do recycling it all goes in the landfill. I replied with I was just looking to recycle and since he said they DONT have that service I went to leave. He then yelled at me to reverse back onto the weigher, I was just upset so I did as told and just dumped my recycling where I was told. He then charged me $27 for recycling. He was very confrontational and nasty for no reason. The website claims they offer recycling, it was not needed for him to upset me over it.
I have gone there 3 times now one for general waste and 2 for garden wastenPeople there were kind and courteous, charged the correct amount and was quick and easy.nnThis is now my go to for when we do our spring cleans for trees outside our house.
Hours not updated for the holiday period. Totally messing people around. Showed up today and you were closed.
Took some green waste along here today, and was disappointed to find it being pushed together with general waste, so literally a waste of the resource. It might have been due to them being very busy on a Fri afternoon, but in future I will be taking my green waste elsewhere
Weigh bridge is not accurate. I dropped off couch that me and my 14year old carried. Nothing else!. They said the couch weight 110kg. That is total BS.
