"We offer our free Social Work Service as well as discretionary subsidies for our Counselling services to the people of Porirua.We have a team of 6 counsellors who are private practitioners. Discretionary subsidies are offered for those who fall within the criteria of affordability.We are overseen by a Charitable Trust, the North Porirua Care Trust. We are independent of government funding, and trustees actively raise funds and apply for funding grants to provide these important free and subsidised services."
