I am a female senior citizen who recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Kona from North Harbour Hyundai. I had carried out plenty of research on the best vehicle to purchase new. Having had a great run with my 2018 Kona, for 5yrs the decision to up grade was easy. My communication from the salesman, Artem Kutsoloshchenko was always respectful, helpful and pleasant. I never felt under pressure and he responded quickly to any queries I had.We negotiated a deal including my trade-in, and I was very happy with the final agreement. Artem took photos of me with my new car and I received a lovely gift as well from Hyundai North Harbour. Antionette Hutton was also very helpful in finalizing the deal and associated paperwork. I highly recommend the service including after sale service offered and professionalism of staff at Hyundau North Harbour.
Isaac and the team did an amazing job making the process of purchasing our new Sante Fe for our family a breeze. On top of that you felt like a valued customer with the ‘Ringing of the bell’ at Field days when you purchased but also turning up to a cover and bow on the car for the added touch.
