Peter and his team were expcetionally amazing with customer service knowledge and expertise !! I would highly recommended them so much love and care for the animals and my pup was in the best of hands had an operation we were worried anxious and they all reassured me and promised she will be fine ! Thank you to them and Peter the vet she is healthy happy pup and is recovering from the procedure . I can’t thank them enough for what they did your are all amazing I would give more than 5* . Thank you Canterbury vets for saving her !!

Fantastic experience. Both our Dogs were seen today. Vet picked up that one of our Dogs has Nuclear sclerosis. I had noticed a blue tinge in his eyes for some time. His seen two different vets at another practice but they had never picked up on it. My other dog has been on steroids for allergies the vet today prescribed a tablet that is A safer and B targets the itch. So I would recommend these vets. Outstanding experience plus they take their time.
I had almost given into the fact that my dog was just old and arthritic until I went to Canterbury veterinary surgery on my groomers recommendation. They were all lovely and welcoming. The vet explained everything and how I can help manage my dogs arthritis with a 4 route plan. I'm eager to give it a try and hope to see a happier healthier dog soon
Amazing staff, always polite and friendly on the few occasions I've rung and went to the vets. Had a nervous dog who and the vet and vet nurse was amazing and handled it perfectly without makeing us feel bad about our dog not wanting to co operate. Would highly recommend

This place is such a little local gem. The staff here are just amazing, they are so friendly and attentive and always have the biggest smiles even when you can see they’re busy and bogged down with work. We always see the consulting vet and we are yet to have a bad experience! I always find them all very informative and caring and very knowledgeable - they do no rush you out and are happy to listen and talk to you about your questions and concerns. The reception staff are just amazing, again very informative and friendly. I know that it may be pricier than other veterinary practises but I really do feel it’s worth that extra for the service you get. Just the other day I had a question about my cat, I spoke with Samantha on the phone and they were just lovely. They let me email them with a video of my cat and they were SO informative in their response and just really so helpful. If you’re happy to pay a dearer price for a truly premium service then this is honestly a no-brainer.
I had a very positive experience at Canterbury Vet Surgery. They have extremely friendly receptionists, the vet, Peter, was very warm, caring and I trusted his judgement. He was able to assess my dog’s teeth, something no other vet has been able to do successfully.
Good surgery. Responsive, have a VIP plan which is a monthly payment that includes flea and worm treatment every 3 months, vaccinations, and annual checkup as well as 10% off Reception staff are lovely and it's very central and has some parking
They are incredible. My brothers puppy was brang in for surgery and she is recovering well and that's thanks to the amazing team at the veterinary surgery. Wesley and me are very grateful for them and we highly recommend this vet surgery for your pets they are amazing and really genuinely care for your animals
