Love the Mount store, but I was pretty disgusted by how one of the girls behind the counter treated another staff member. I was served by Olivia who was lovely and helpful. She just wanted to check that she had processed my exchange properly so asked for help from someone who’d clearly been there longer than her. The other staff member deliberately ignored Olivia, spoke to her appallingly, reluctantly and rudely helped her, then threw her a couple of dirty looks behind her back. All at the front counter and in front of me. Olivia handled it really well, even though I could tell she was embarrassed. I hope you can sort this. Doesn’t look like a very pleasant working environment.

Always good for a bargain! Great labels with awesome quality for men, ladies, children and toddlers. Where I have got most of my son's clothes for the last 10years. Pretty hard to walk past a North Beach without entering

I don't know if she will see this but my partner and I visited in the weekend. We are from Christchurch and were flying back that night. The woman who served us helped me find some nice items to purchase. We just really liked her, her personality and great customer service. I don't know your name but you were amazing! from the nervous flier form Christchurch who brought the jeans, skirt and blue Lee singlet

Just wanna comment on a great experience I had here. I stupidly bought the wrong size jersey, and when I took it back to exchange it, they didn't have the size i wanted in store, so they located one at another branch, took my address, and will be shipping it out to me. This was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you, i'll definitely be back!

Well stocked, a bit pricey

Good surf wear store, all the latest brands with all the ones trend items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes they have good sales. Store is separated into two locations with another across the street dedicated to womanswear.

Great store lots of branded clothing sales were only on certain items though. Great range of jandals and woman's clothing

I bought pair of flip-flops in sale and back at home after about 3 minutes of wearing I found out that one is about half a size smaller than the other one. Came back to the store to replace them for another pair and I was told that it is not possible, because it was final clearance. Nobody told me about that before the purchase, the flip-flops were only marked as "sale". If I had known it was final clearance with no return policy, I would have tried both shoes properly in the store, not only one of them. I am very disappointed with the store policy and will deffinitely choose different shop than North Beach for the next shopping...  Edit: The issue has been solved after contacting customer service.
