I love my new door! After a few recent 'cowboy' experiences with trade people, the team at Norwest were amazing throughout. From Sue in the office who always kept me informed and reassured, to the team who came to measure and install. A great job done by great people, I'll definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Had a appointment, no one show up. Call n ask what happened, "Karen" came back, guy stuck at previous job, will be at least 30mims later. I said why not call me n let me know be4 I made this call. Karen said do you still wanna us come, or not? . What a customer service.! Okay bye !

Excellent service & super reliable. A lot less cold air is getting in now, it's very noticeable and the old windows are fitting much better. Great communication too, Frances kept us well informed. Adrian is delightful and really switched on, he's full of helpful tips and info. He even managed to uncover a hidden area that was trapping a lot of mould and condensation, we would never have located that without him. Highly recommend.

The service I received from Norwest Aluminium was impeccable, even though I was only organising a very small order of some replacement handles. Communication was friendly, professional and efficient. I felt as though my custom was important at all times and Frances, in particular, made sure I was happy with the final product.
