Story

I have extensive commercial real estate knowledge and have dealt with a wide range of clientele. I am experienced in a broad spectrum of real estate transactions and successfully concluded many negotiations with substantial property development and property investment companies/organisations and corporate entities, at a senior level, whilst acting in a variety of capacities such as agent for the vendor, purchaser, lessor and lessee. This activity includes commercial & industrial investment sales and leasing, property trading, sale of commercial/industrial and residential development land, and project management including sales & marketing of commercial developments. I also have a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and have been involved in a number of design/build projects with tenants and owner/occupiers. Having been raised in a New Zealand rural location and now living in such a magnificent environment as the Coromandel Peninsula I have extended my real estate activities into Country and Lifestyle sales.
