We have visited the store twice in the past month and have on both occasions found the service exceptional. They are well staffed, the staff are friendly and helpful. The range of products is very good. We were given a very good discount on the first occasion with the use of our gold card, and on the second occasion were given another great discount due to the kings birthday sale. I recommend the store highly for those wishing to purchase their next appliance.
Went in today, was greeted by Michael. Was very helpful and helped me find the right product and offered great knowledge of my options. So good having a sales person who enjoys what they do and genuinely wants to help you out.
Called up because I wanted a game delivered to a store near me, they refused to order the game from another store stating it would not be held for me. Asked if I can pay upfront on the phone so it's held for me, told I need to create an account?! What sort of clown store is this, never has anything in stock and if you ask they won't order it, costs them nothing to do they have 20 stores in Auckland who must pull stock from other stores all the time, makes no sense at all, just lazy.
We don't go there often but had great service from the young lady who sold us a product and had a solution a few months later when there was a little problem - the issue turned out to be we hadn't figured something out but was soon fixed.
My family has been dealing with Rose who helped sort out our Tv that went on the blink. Cannot say this enough superb service. Highly recommend.
