He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. From offering expert advice to providing personalized assistance, William's dedication is commendable. I've never been disappointed with the service I've received from him. Highly recommend!
Posh she was so helpful and friendly. What an asset you have in your store. She went out her way to get the Garmin watch for me and extremely helpful with world class customer service. Been here few times and always happy with the product and customer service. Highly recommended!
Sunday 18 August 24 - Worst service! Initially, I waited around for ages for a staff member to unlock an item for me to purchase. Then, I proceeded to wait at the counter to pay. One staff member was serving another customer and an additional 3 staff members just ignored me and others. They were so uninterested and unhelpful, talking among themselves without a once of customer service . I waited about 5 minutes and eventually just walked out without purchasing anything. Do better Noel Leeming!
Avoid this store at all costs. I had a product I wanted to purchase that was price matched through customer service, yet the manager Dan was unwilling to price match in store, even when NL customer service has agreed to it. He was not only arrogant, unprofessional and unhelpful, but he was also extremely rude to the Noel Leeming customer support person.nDo yourself a favour and shop at Albany and find Dane the manager there instead. I was able to get my product at the agreed price and the whole team goes above and beyond for their customers, unlike Wairau.nIt’s clear from the other reviews that the management team needs some serious training.
dont buy anything from them. after sale service is just horrible.nmanagers cant manage. just a poor system from a huge company.nnmy $3000 phone has been with them for 3 weeks for repair. not a single update or followup.nngo somewhere else..
