Dishonest and terrible customer service experience.nnMy sister, accompanied by my mother, wanted to buy a IPhone 15 ProMax in full cash but their male staff insisted to get the phone via installments instead with data plan since they have a lowest promo on IPhones just on that day.nnBut the reality is , buying it full cash is way more cheaper than paying it via installments!nnThey took advantage of the language barrier of my sister, who can speak a little bit of English.nnThe male staff even lied that he explained everything to my mother twice but I just found out that she did not even spoke a single word to him. Now, my sister have to pay the bills.nnWorst experience ever.
Don't go here to buy headphones unless you know what you want beforehand. Pushy sales tactics.The staff hover like hyennas.
Terrible customer service. No knowledge of product, staff don't look like they want to be there not friendly and dishonest wait times on product. I will spare you the details of my purchase but the only positive part of the experience was dealing with Aria when I went in to request a refund. Aria was lovely and helped to resolve the situation and issue my refund.
Poor customer service, very unhelpful, bad attitude. I bought a brand new iPhone outright and they could not have been less helpful. This is the 2nd time I have been to this store and left feeling very underwhelmed by the customer service. Regret purchasing here and will not be back.
Pretty dreadful customer service for a click and collect, sent someone else to go collect an order with everything they need- the email saying pick up is ready, and the person's ID who is picking up the order the email says someone else can collect the order for you. The man at the counter was not happy with this and wanted to see the person who ordered the item me ID, why would the person collecting on behalf of someone have that person's ID? They're not me, they're them, with their own ID.... Not a very pleasant experience tbh.
