Awesome service here while visiting CHCH on holiday and urgently needing a new phone. After very disappointing experience at One NZ, I called in at the end of the day and was looked after by Dion & Kyle, who sorted me out with a phone and new service provider & went over and above to help me & listened to what I was looking for. Really professional & helpful, much appreciated thanks guys!!!!
Great Customer Service!nnI bought a PlayStation 5 recently, and shortly after, the price dropped. I went to the store, explained my situation, and the team quickly refunded me the price difference with no hassle. Excellent service and very efficient!
Took mum in to buy a new phone, staff were super helpful. She got her phone, they didn't have a case in stock for it but they sent us in the right direction to grab one for her.
