I don’t even want to start and give this place one star. Just came in to buy a AUX cord and it was a terrible experience to say the least. Staff were not friendly, helpful or enthusiastic to help. After purchasing my AUX cord, I went over to look at the iPhones on display and had 3 staff all watching me… made me feel very uncomfortable, after that I left. I will not be returning to Noel Lemming Pukekohe… do better!
I walked into the store, after a new charger cable and I was approached immediately by a lovely salesperson and had what I was after within minutes, fantastic service, thanks.
Friendly and helpful staff. They had what I needed and at a better price than Harvey norman.
Beautiful store with good selection of products. Outstanding customer service. Always willing to help.
Went into the pukekohe store on Friday......walked up to a staff member who quickly turned around and walked away. Walked around for another 30mins the 4 staff behind the counter showed no interest in helping me at all........not the first time this has happened in the store but will be the last time I ever walk into a Noel Lemmings again
