Service most informed by experienced team. However product fault repair let's the whole team down After getting a "fix" for a red light for grinding Mal function.. and receiving after a repair..the bean feed light on... when I plugged in... So most frustrated, I tried a temporary fix with my wood splitter.. DELONGI..for such a tauted production I'm sure it was designed to fail amist all the propaganda... for a well designed product..yeah right!! I want a refund not a fix. I'm goin back to plunger coffee with no complications...
