Big applause for Richmond branch. Communication, Respect, knowledgeable and super patient with IT issues. They really go out of way. Easy free parking in carpark and also designated pick up parking right outside is a big bonus.
Visit here regularly - good range of consumer electronics, nice TVs to gawp at, FlyBuys rewards to redeem. Friendly and helpful staff. The Richmond branch is a relaxed place.
Took a long long time for any staff member to even acknowledge that we were there, the item we wanted was secured away and despite telling them exactly what one we wanted they still reached for the wrong item, not listening continued to lock cabinet. Not exactly helpful staff
Shop was relatively busy and I had to go up to the counter to ask for help but the person that served me was very good and knew what he was talking about
Noel leeming's sales lady yesterday was fantastic I forget her name but she had the patience of a Saint. 5 Stars no doubt
Products and the store itself is great. It's the staff there that puts me off. Not so good customer service and tries hardselling too much to the point it gives the customer an unpleasant experience instead. Pushing to make a sale is acceptable but not accommodating a customer well isn't.

Staff on the day were stressed and waited in a long line to be served, only to be told no stock on a expensive phone I wanted to buy, they didn't even offer to get one in.
