The service we have received from the Greymouth branch has been exemplary. The staff who have served us have been very helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They've sent people out to our home to help with issues, they have been absolutely wonderful.

Good communication about items paid for in the North Island that were ready for pickup. Easy loading at the back an helpful staff member who loaded all items.

Greatly understaffed, the staff were very helpful once you got to them, however they need to hire and extra person or the manager needs to help. Online and call centre absolute rubbish.
