Poor services!nI went to buy a security camera today, and when I got to the counter, a woman in her 50s asked how I wanted to pay. She looked me up and down, as if assuming I couldn’t afford it. I said I’d pay with my Visa card, and she actually replied, “Oh, I thought you were going to use credit card?”nIt was incredibly rude! The way someone dresses doesn’t determine whether they have money or not, and as someone working in customer service, that kind of attitude is completely unacceptable.
Terrible service. I've shopped there a number of times when I needed something quickly. The customer service staff barely tolerated serving me, and always hardly any other customers in store. Their staff need training about customer service. I shop out of town if possible for their products.
Bought fridge/freezer brand new and it's faulty. Staff member on the phone was dismissive and tried to get me to ring up and chase after a technician to come out and fix it. They have no idea when it will be fixed or when I will even be contacted. Hopefully my house dosent burn down.
Great service friendly carried goods to car
Always good service here
