usually get good service here. if you want expert advice go during the week when the old hands are working, especially since the staff are very rushed on the weekends. good for home and entertainment goods, gamers should go elsewhere. has all the brands you'd expect. should be on you list of places to check out before buying.
3/10 Really great service. I bought security cameras and am having trouble with them. The guys there are going the extra mile to fix them. 12/10 Still nothing fixed, must ring them again. Starting to get annoyed.
They didn't have the phone case for my phone but the clever, lovely sales girl was so helpful and did some sensible problem solving and sorted me out with a case that still fitted my phone. Most pleased with her kindness, she listened, and she solved the problem. Oh for more people like her in this world.
Trying to contact the store for 50 mins and they are not picking up the phone and call centre is just as bad. As it's a repair job chat can't deal with it. This is very frustrating, as they were to sort an issue on friday

I can’t believe how rude a member of your staff was yesterday. When asking about printers he basically said ‘I’m not a walking encyclopaedia’ and then walked away. We left and bought one at warehouse stationery!!!
Terrible customer service. Asked about a dehumidifier that have a drain pipe. Sales person could not tell me as to wish one on floor will work Ask him to look for one and email with options told me sorry I do not have the time for you. Guess what I will also buy my printer at another retailer. Young man learn to go the extra mile for your customer. That little bit extra care can result sometimes in big sales. I know that because I am in retail my self.
