Had a Tragus piercing done this week. Very happy with the look and positioning of the piercing. Great staff with exceptional customer service, so very professional, beautiful jewellery to Choose from. It was such an awesome experience. It's been a long time between piercings, and wow, times have changed. It is so great to have a calm, clean, spacious place that isn't joint with another side business - this is their core business. The guidance/patience from all staff was amazing. The process was talked through from a to z with constant checking in and reassuring. I felt comfortable the whole time. So much care is taken to ensure the right placement and hygienic practices. Got my piercings done here by Scott! Scott was absolutely amazing and took his time explaining everything to me. He talked to me during the whole piercing process and let me know what he was doing and when he was ready to pierce and gave a countdown. Scott was an absolute professional and I don’t think I could ever go to anyone else. Ninja flower is the only place from now on I will go to for piercings. Very knowledgeable place!. Have visited NinjaFlower twice this year for a nostril piercing and then later ear lobe piercings. Fantastic service each time! The whole team are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and piercing process itself fast & easy and Scott made sure to check I was comfortable the whole time. Had a daith piercing done by Scott about a month ago. I was feeling a bit nervous about the pain but Scott was super lovely and personable. He talked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable. The selection of jewellery available is also stunning. Awesome experience, definitely coming back for another piercing once my current one heals!

Got a helix and tragus piercing from Ninja Flower. The customer service was wonderful and very professional. The staff explain the process and aftercare in detail and make sure you are comfortable. They also have a great selection of earrings and I especially love the Swarovski range! The piercings did not hurt at all and healed very well. Would highly recommend!Service: Ear piercing
